Service Description
The TOK essay is often the difference between 2 bonus point or three and every point counts on results day so it is important to produce the best essay you can. Choosing the best question and understanding clearly how to answer it is vital - TOK essays thrive on precision and clarity of expression. Our step-by-step four-session course will help you to unpack the question, generate relevant knowledge claims, select strong examples and add useful critical reflection. You will develop a strong draft essay built on clear understanding of the arguments you have built. A good TOK Essay is the jewel in the crown of IB Success and it shouts loudly to the world that you are ready for university level study! This package includes 4 x 90 minute sessions (prices will be discounted for small groups - please ask for more information. However, group work will only be possible if all students have selected the same essay prompt).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by students with less than 24 hours notice and / or 'no shows' will be counted as complete and deducted from your package. Cancellations by students with more than 24 hours notice can usually be reorganised. We will try to reorganise sessions as quickly as possible but this depends on availability. Psy-B tutors may occasionally need to change the time and / or date of your session due to illness or other unavoidable circumstances. Every effort will be made to notify you of any changes with at least 24 hours of notice and an alternative time / date will be organised as soon as possible. Cancellations by Psy-B tutors with less than 24 hours notice will be reorganised as quickly as possible and an additional 90 minute session will be added to your package with no extra charge. Please get in touch to confirm the timings which suit you. We will do everything we can to find a schedule which matches your availability as well as any deadlines you need to meet at school.
